InstallShield Selects Conxion for Global Digital Delivery of Software Installation Tools

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Nov 25, 2002 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Conxion Corporation, the reliability and performance leader in digital content delivery and managed hosting, has been selected by InstallShield(R) Software Corp. to power the digital delivery of InstallShield's industry-leading software distribution and deployment tools.

InstallShield provides a wide variety of installation development and software deployment solutions for software developers and systems administrators. Substantial spikes in demand following product launches led the company to choose Conxion for additional support in order to ensure its customers could download necessary software smoothly at any time. Conxion's FTL(TM) service will reduce the strain on InstallShield's internal system by providing bandwidth as needed through Conxion's dedicated, global FailSafe network.
