The free consulting services are available to any business located in the United States or any country approved to do business with U.S.-based businesses. Launched with the intent to help businesses take advantage of evolving information technologies, Cavendo’s free consulting services are a unique opportunity to do just that. The services cover all of Cavendo’s consulting services with the exception of programming services, which are limited to the review/analysis stage rather than development. The remaining services are covered for up to $100 worth of service or one hour of consultation, whichever is less.

Services including marketing distribution, which typically involve various capital expenditures for supplies and other related materials, are also not covered under the free consulting services. However, the design and development stage of marketing distribution can be covered so long as the client agrees to pay for all materials involved in the deployment stage.
