Telemark's 15th MDNS report surveyed 360 executives from major multinational corporations, identifying 32 most important service attributes and measuring provider performance from a customer perspective.

The 15th edition of Telemark's international benchmarking report on Managed Data Network Services (MDNS) was released on February 13, 2004. In it, Infonet was once again awarded the industry's "Best in Class" designation, making this the eighth time in a row that Infonet has outperformed in the global managed network service industry to earn this highest distinction. Infonet has now exclusively held Telemark's "Best in Class" title for the past two years.

In the report, Infonet was found to be the most successful Managed Data Network Service Provider at meeting the needs of its clients, with four "Telemark Gold" (outstanding) ratings and twelve "Excellent" ratings placing it at the top of the global communications industry in overall customer satisfaction. In addition, Infonet exceeded Telemark's statistically valid benchmark standard in every one of the report's 32 attributes.

Specifically, Infonet achieved:

"Telemark Gold" ratings in the categories of "Secure Data Transfer", "Support in Local Language", "End to End Network Management" and "Long Term Relationship".
"Excellent" ratings in twelve categories, including "Technical Support", "Third Party Equipment Integration", "Network Reliability" and "International Performance". Infonet's twelve excellent ratings were the most of any service provider.
