iWeb Group Inc. is announcing the resignation of Jean-Pierre Gibeault from the
company’s board of directors. Mr. Gibeault’s resignation is effective
since April 12th 2007.
“My decision is motivated by the need to concentrate more time
and efforts on my group of health care companies. I have a lot of trust
in Eric Chouinard and Martin Leclair and their team to achieve a
controlled and profitable growth of iWeb. I wish you all a lot of
success”, wrote Jean-Pierre Gibeault in its resignation letter.
“We want to thank Jean-Pierre for his commitment to iWeb since
it was first listed. We respect and understand his decision to
concentrate his efforts on his companies and wish him the best of luck”, said Eric Chouinard, iWeb’s Cofounder and CEO.
The company recently announced the addition of two board members and
will now have a six member board comprised of: Martin Leclair, Eric
Chouinard, Robert Brouillette, Daniel Leclair, Martin Cauchon and
Michel Leclair.
