Aplus.Net Recruits Senior Vice President of Marketing

OVERLAND PARK, KS – April 10, 2008 – Aplus.Net, a leading web hosting company and Internet solutions provider, has added web hosting industry veteran Alexander Yevelev to its executive management staff, company officials confirmed today. As of March 31, Mr. Yevelev is Aplus.Net’s Senior Vice President of Marketing.

An accomplished sales and marketing expert specializing at maximizing revenue and productivity while also reducing internal costs, Mr. Yevelev brings to Aplus.Net two decades of high-level management experience. He has held prominent positions with market leaders in managed hosting, exchange hosting, commerce, as well as with international trading companies, and more. 

Mr. Yevelev has perhaps most notably served as Director of Sales and Director of Marketing Programs at San Antonio-based Rackspace Managed Hosting and Vice President of Operations at Concentric (XO Communications). Before joining Aplus.Net, Mr. Yevelev had spent the last several years as Vice President of Direct Sales and Web Marketing for Intermedia.Net, and Vice President of Sales and Web Marketing at Apptix, helping to propel those companies to the top of the exchange hosting industry.
