In my case, most free offers I get are great through Go4hosting after choosing VPS hosting from them. I saved a ton of money - money that I couldn’t otherwise afford to spend as a tiny startup. I had to learn the unique ways of how each specific hosting service works and that cost me time (not small amounts - considering what we were building). But the trade off was worth it. Go4hosting provide great uptime and very supportive coustomer care..

I have been using go4hosting since last 6 months, Go4Hosting support1. Changed ip address multiple times. 2. Changed server multiple times.3. FTP login only work after sending many emails to support.4. Email pop3 doesn't work with gmail, I can't add email address with gmail.5. I asked to refund amount, but they didn't refund and give excuses.

We have started our ecommerce biz and go4hosting plans suited our budget because our requirement was quite small to begin with. They have given good guarantees about adding server space when traffic increases and we have had no complaints from customers about slow website etc. till now. I thought I should let people know if they are looking for server hosting.

Never go for this vendor such a pathetic service no common sense to support engineer not even basic support they are providing.I had a very bad experience and I would strongly recommend not to go this vendor for any kind of service. The sales engineer or account manager gives all false promises. The untrustworthy service and please don't go with this vendor.

Personally I never suggest anyone go4hosting service. They says 99% uptime but very frequently our email server down. Unfortunately we have taken 3 years service and stuck with them. I rate very low.

Moving from Unmanaged Hosting to Managed hostingWell we have hosted 8 dedicated quad core servers with Go4hosting initially that were been managed by us. Starting from two dedicated it was easy but soon handling 8 servers became a bit difficult for us. One of our partner friends suggested that we shall go from unmanaged to managed services and we adopted same. Since then, life has become easy, with Go4hosting Managed Services we get unlimited support . Support team is reliable and very cautious of our maintenance
